Contact
Questions, a bug, an idea, or a request to delete your data: email us and we answer within a few days.
Email: splashland.app@gmail.com
Tell us your device (for example "iPhone 15") and what you were doing when it happened. The version you are on is the small label in the corner of the main menu.
How to play
- Swim: the stick on the left of the screen (or the arrow keys, or a controller's left stick).
- Sprint, shoot, pass, block, steal, jump: the round buttons on the right. Hold SHOOT and let go on the green for the best shot.
- Shootout: swipe from the ball to the spot in the goal you want; to keep, swipe to dive.
- My Career: create your pro, play the combine, get drafted, then live the season from HOME: train, play, answer your phone.
Saves and accounts
- You can play everything as a guest. Your careers save on your device as you play, even offline.
- An account (ACCOUNT on the main menu: your email and a password, no email to confirm; FORGOT PASSWORD emails you a link) backs your careers up and puts them on your other devices.
- Deleting the app deletes a guest's careers. Sign in first if you want to keep them.
- Delete your account any time in the game: ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT. What is kept and for how long: the privacy page.
Delete your Splash Land account
Splash Land (by Adam Gelman) lets you delete your account and its data at any time, on any device:
- In the game: open ACCOUNT on the main menu, then DELETE ACCOUNT, and confirm. It deletes the account, the username, the birth year and every cloud save at once.
- Without the app: email us from the address you signed up with (Contact, above) and ask us to delete your Splash Land account. We delete it and confirm within a few days.
Careers saved on your device stay there until you delete them or the app. A short age-check note is kept for 12 months after deletion, then removed; sign-in security records are kept by our database provider for account security, then removed. Details: the privacy page.
Something not right?
- No sound: the game follows your phone's silent switch. Turn the switch off, then turn the volume up.
- The screen looks small or tall: turn your phone sideways. The game is played in landscape.
- Stuck on a screen: close the app (swipe it away) and open it again. A match picks up where it stood.
